[DevTeam] [lothaer]: Posted a new download in the skins forum check it out
[DevTeam] [lothaer]: Zeke, Maziel, Pazza, Nachonut, sylvanaar, Kaidenn, Astaldo where are you?
[DevTeam] [lothaer]: It would be a real shame if WIM was left to die.
[DevTeam] [lothaer]: i think these forums are dead, Sylvanaar dosnt post on them as he only bug fixes when possible. WIMs future isnt very bright
[Guest] [justgiz]: Yea, its rather sad.
[Guest] [silvercola]: I wish it had skype
[DevTeam] [lothaer]: noy possible for a addon to do.
[DevTeam] [lothaer]: ...........
[Guest] [elzershark]: where is the download file?
lothaer beckons everyone over to you.
[DevTeam] [lothaer]: has anyone been able to take WIM to the beta yet?
[DevTeam] [lothaer]: PTR*
[DevTeam] [Maziel]: *sticks head up and looks around*
lothaer cries.
[DevTeam] [lothaer]: who the hell flagged my post as spam?
[Guest] [primalforce]: Hey guys
[DevTeam] [lothaer]: hello Primalforce.
[DevTeam] [lothaer]: PAZZA COME BACK!!!
[DevTeam] [Nachonut]: Ahhh memories
[Guest] [Ignis]: wtb update
[DevTeam] [lothaer]: soooo.....
Pazza starts to complain... Kinda reminds you of Sloans dont it?
[Guest] [Hentaya]: No more wiki?
[Guest] [Hentaya]: All the wiki links seem to bring me to the forums.
[Guest] [menace97]: the latest wim (3.5.9) i download still reads in-game as 3.4.2. ?
[Guest] [Hentaya]: Good thing the shoutbox doesn't have timestamps.
[Guest] [ravensong]: Is WIM going to be updated for the new patch? It gets a LUA error every time people log on bnet or pst me, because "
[Guest] [ravensong]: "surname" is now a nil value.
[Guest] [Dethedrus]: Since WiM is obviously quite dead, is there ANYTHING else out there that even comes close to replicating it's functionality?
[Guest] [Harshmage]: So the "surname" can be removed from the realID detection, in WIM.lua
[Guest] [Harshmage]: but fixing the tutorial popup and other errors is probably not going to happen without a major rework
[Guest] [menace97]: quite dead?
[Guest] [Nytetears]: I am trying out tell track I wish WIM would update I much prefer it but there are too many errors to try and use it now
[Guest] [Erudan]: Wim is being updated on Curse.
[Guest] [Chiaki]: Hello guys! I'm the one who did the German translation of WIM. The translation is somewhat old so tell me where to provide a new version .
[DevTeam] [lothaer]: Check out my new post in the General Discussion. Please report any errors as I can't check them myself.
lothaer pokes Pazza. Hey!
lothaer is overcome with boredom. Oh the drudgery!
lothaer roars with bestial vigor. So fierce!
lothaer cries.
lothaer falls asleep. Zzzzzzz.
lothaer , in quiet contemplation, mourns the loss of the dead.
lothaer tells a joke.
lothaer yawns sleepily.
[DevTeam] [lothaer]: Sylvanaar
[DevTeam] [lothaer]: 22/10/12
[DevTeam] [lothaer]: updated the download
[DevTeam] [lothaer]: check out my new post in the Skin thread
[DevTeam] [lothaer]: 11/11/12
[DevTeam] [lothaer]: 23/2/13

Cool well thanks to whoever wrote in  blue colored text - I appreciate that. I think you're sincere.

Whoever is writing in green colored text - you may think the font color on some website you're a part of gives you some sort of status or authority, but your words mean nothing. They're just a big arrogant *** you.

Blue = Admin

Green = Mod/Tester

Colors are forum based, no changes.

Other than that, no flaming and no insulting. It's just people giving their opinions without actually using vulgarity or slang directed in peoples faces, just in their direction.

I created an account just to make this post. I appreciate all the hard work you do on this great add on. I recently discovered this add on and it's so much nicer than having to deal with in-game chat boxes flashing at me when I'm dealing with multiple whispers. Don't let the haters keep ya down. No one needs to get all worked out of shape over a joke. I thought it was hilarious when I turned my speakers on and heard Vader breathing when I got a tell.

Thanks for the bug fixes. Smiley

I have been doing some of my own research however and what amazes me is that most people who hated the joke were Americans.

I think that's a rather silly statement. Not to beat a dead horse, but I think everyone should be concerned when their computer is making a sound it shouldn't, regardless of your nationality.

It was a valid statement based off the stats of users comments. Americans are statistically more paranoid than any other country. We scare easily, we complain entirely too much and we expect things to be given to us.

I personally thought the joke was great and I fell for it hook, line and sinker.  Once I talked to another friend in WOW that also uses WIM and I found out he was hearing the same thing I damn near fell out of my chair laughing.  You people that didn't think it was funny should really lighten up, if you are that paranoid about your computer being infected then maybe you should take better precautions on your system.

The Darth Vader sound RULED!  I guess since I rate the original trilogy as one of my all time favorite series of movies I would appreciate it.  I sincerely hope that when April 1st roles around again next year we have some addon authors that decide to be as clever as you guys were.  Life gets awful boring without little things like this.

Hi there everyone! Another person who made an account just to comment here. I have got to say guys: /relax/. You're making yourself look ridiculious to say that hearing some modem sound and darth vader ruined your evening. If that's all it takes, I'm very, very sorry. Lighten up, the creater of WIM has spent countless hours on this wonderful addon, I'm sure. Appreciate their sense of humor and overall ingenuity. Christ, take a deep breath and remind yourself of the date, next April Fools Day.

Thank you for the wonderful addon, Pazza. But please, don't fuel sterotypes about Americans. As true as they may be, we look /horrible enough/ in a global sense >.<~

i have to comment on april 1st 09. i think it was funny. first off i didnt even know what the hell i heard but i was taliing to my buddy on xfire, and i hear this dail up modem im like wtf is that asking my buddy shadowood if he heard it? hes like wtf u talking about so he didnt hear it so i thought nothing of it i know a hacker did not hit my pc due to i know how to set my firewall and network up the right way!!!!! sorry but some people blame hackers for there wrong doing them selfs with a crapy firewall or crapy software. oh and they down load stuff that they should not. see a computer is like a baby or a lil kid u make a mistake it makes the mistake. its usaly not software but the useer error most part or a jerk planting a virus in a known program that they acutaly took apart and wrote the virus code into the software. so a user with no experiance with a fire wall or anti virus program dont catch it. if any one uses windows firewall then ur asking for trouble it is they easyest to hack. even vistas new firewall. lol its a joke. plus if you did get hacked and had your acount blow apart and all ur gold and stuff stolein blizzard will give all your stuff back.
yes it dose suck to hear about some ones acount getting hacked and all the hard work gone. id be pissed to!! but all you have to relize most of the addons u down load alot of hackers and gold sellers actualy will tear the code apart and rewright it so they can steal your acount. thats how most make there gold and resell it on wow. i use wow matrix for my addons and befor i download any i go to the home oage check it out have my scaner due its job like it was ment to do befor i install any thing on my pc. yes most are in a hurry but trust me take the time to check the files out it will be worth it in the long run. even songs, pictures  all that can and do have viruses trojans in them. hackers will do any thing they can to trick you. im not saying that you dont check ur files or addons yes it is possible for the virus or trojan to slip threw due to some one  sitting in a diper eating hot pckets and writeing code to get threw the software firewalls and virus scaners. any ways this was a good  april 1st joke i though i didnt know a thing about it till i looked on the whim site lmfao. he did it  as a joke not to hurt any one. i donot know him but  i thought it was funny it just happend to my buddy shadowood to and now we know why he laughed his ass off to lol nice joke. well keep up the good work on wim good program thanx for all the hard work and time u have spent for us wow players.....
