WIM whisper Window Not showing up

Not sure what has caused this but recently my whisper chat window sometime disappears.. it is not broke i can type /w namegoeshere and it will whisper them but i cannot see the text i am typing and if someone whispers me it will make the noise i get a whisper but nothing shows on my screen had to configure it to show whispers in chat box as well to even be able to see what i am getting whispered please offer a fix or tell me what i need to change it is very annoying and will have to stop using WIM if this is not fixed soon

In WIM's settings. /wim go to General / Window Settings and turn on clamp windows to screen. that should hopefully fix your problem.

I have the same issue, it's like the window spawn out of my screen and I can hear people whispering me but no window pop on. I need to use the drop down from my broker to close (X) the window and press "R" to read the whisper and be able to reply.

Maybe you shouldn't be able to drag window out of the screen by default "the clamp windows to screen" option

In the last version I default that setting to clamped to screen. This only effects users with a fresh and new install of the add-on though. You can just turn that feature off in the window settings. Thanks for the suggestion.

I'm having this same issue, although unchecking and checking the clamp to screen window does nothing.  I've even reinstalled this a couple times.
