Inevitably whenever I am deep in conversation with a friend someone whispers me... I don't have an issue with this, but with the fact that if i am Mid Sentence it will go to the different persons tab and i begin typing there or it focuses to there and i begin jumping and casting or whatever... >< this is REALLY starting to bother me... what setting is it im failing to find to change so that it prevents this in the future?

Looks like it, and you should always make sure you have the latest version before reporting bugs, otherwise you might be reporting something already fixed (like this)
