Just checked it, and though the pattern was right, here's a better one (this time exactly how it should work in WIM's filter):

^%?.*%[%|c

I didn't check if that needs to be entered in WIM with or without quotes, though. I guess, it should be entered without.

If you also enabled the smart word feature, also add the following pattern (replace [word1] and [word2] with the two words, u set in ur Auctioneer settings):

[word1].*%[%|c.*[word2]

for instance using the defaults (word1 = "what" and word2 = "worth"): what.*%[%|c.*worth

As I said before it's untested, since I'm just too lazy installing WIM again

Just let me know if that's not working and I'm going to check it ingame.

I just thought i'd pop this in, just in case you wanted to add the filter by default on WIM's 2.1 side.

I looked on your site and added to my filters:

Code:

^%?.*%[%|c

to block auctioneer whispers and

Code:

^%!item.*%[%|c

to block the replies from Saeris's Lootlink queries.

Although it filters out the trigger messages the replies still cause popups since "Open window when sending whispers" was enabled. Askprice whispers are off and the only way I could supress it was to disable window popups in WIM totally (kind of losing the point of WIM).

Are there any plans to get filtering working correctly in WIM? I love this mod but along with the whispers sent by Enchant and crafting bots, this is driving me mad! lol

Anyway, thanks for the great mod.

I am not sure what I am going to do about the filters yet. I do plan on adding more options for them. I just haven't decided when yet. The most requested addition is to add an option for inbound and outbound whispers. Most likely I will add that. Other than that, It is difficult to add anything else. The pattern matching is already the most powerful option available. It would be a world easier of these other addons would add a tag that it is coming from their addon and not a normal whisper such as:

<Auctioneer>: blah blah blah

This way you could make it simple and filter out just that.
