In the Past I used Karma to attach Notes to people. Like "Does less damage than the Tank" for a Rogue I had problems with or "Be careful, keep PM active" for a known Ninja. But it makes no sense to keep that information in seperate Places. I would like to have something like "/wim addnote charname text". From what i can see in the saved file it should be possible to just invent a new type

In the long run it would make sense to add a filter to the history view to show only the notes. Depending on the size of the conversation otherwise important notes might be overlooked. But that may require more coding so i see that as optional

I have seen someone else requesting attaching a Note-Field to a Character. That is not what i want. I would like to see the Notes in the normal flow of the talk, with a normal timestamp. That way it's easier to track why and how and when ...

I've been brainstorming some ideas.

This sounds like a great idea! Is it maybe possible to see them notes BOTH as normal (with timestamps & all) and in some special Note-Field?
For example:
Everytime we'd write a note, it'll be added as suggested above, and also - added separately in a Note-Field which may then be edited without the need to edit the original "Conversation-Note".
That way, we can use this feature for notes on other people, and also to make ourselves some personal, non-player-related notes like links we wanna remember or todo lists and such (these notes can be kept on a Note-Field for our own character for example.

Would that be possible?
