[Developer] [Pazza]: Your user level on the forums permit you to see emails even though they are marked hidden.

Right now, people will get confused i'm sure on how to add this.

I had this lovely skin installed per the instructions and it worked great. Now everytime I relog or reload ui I have to go to skins and select it before it will show up correctly, otherwise it defauls to that nasty gray skin.  Is there a fix, or a way to make this a 'real' skin?
