Incoming whisper bug

Since TBC, many addons have been throwing this error due to a change in a function's syntax in blizzards UI. WIM has corrected this issue prior to TBC being released.

I can assure you that WIM is not causing this error and is due to another addon that you have running that hooks into the chat frame. Make sure all of your addons are updated for TBC.

I just double checked this error and it would appear that the error is coming from ChatSounds and not WIM.
