Pin window to stay open even in combat

I have my window settings to hide windows on combat, but When I am grinding, I often chat with a few people to pass the time. It's annoying to have the windows close on combat, but changing the settings when I grind, and changing them back when I raid.

What would be useful, is a button on the window, possibly a  "<" arrow, which would pin the window, locking it's location, and making it stay open in combat even when the setting are to hide windows in combat.

All WIM windows reside inside of a a container. It is that container that scrolls on and off the screen so having select windows being pinned down is not possible. What is possible is adding an option on the Minimap Icon menu (right mouse click) to toggle Expose on and off. That should provide quick access to turning the feature on and off.
